Pulselive.co.ke learnt that the hitch has been ongoing since last week.

Kibet Tubei, one of Betin customers divulged that over the weekend he got a loot after betting in the EPL games but it has been difficult to access the money.

"I can see that I have Sh12,328 in my account but I am unable to withdraw the money. Every time I try I get an error message asking me to try again.

"Interestingly when one withdraws, the cash is deducted immediately from my balance despite the error message. So to make sure that your money is not lost, one has to cancel the pending withdrawal in order to make sure that the money is not lost," he said.

Kenyans on Twitter also shared screenshots of thousands of shillings they had won but could not access.

Responding to the numerous messages Betin explained that they were working to ensure that the money becomes accessible.

"Dear Customers, Apologies for the overdue delay in resolving withdrawals. We channelling all effort as at now towards processing ALL payouts once the issue is resolved with the service provider. Your patience is humbly appreciated,' the message read.
