Miguna Miguna in critical condition

He has been in police custody

According to his lawyer Edwin Sifuna, Miguna Miguna has suffered an Asthma attack but efforts to reach him have become hostile.

“It’s true. We received info that Miguna has suffered an Asthma attack. I have with me an inhaler but the OCS has become hostile. He won’t let me see my client to give him the medication. #FreeMigunaMigunaNow #freemigunamiguna,” read his tweet.

Miguna's lawyer on Saturday evening raised concerns on why the police would not allow his counsel and his family to access him saying that they did not know how he was doing.
