The fine part however did not settle well with most Kenyans some terming it a mockery of the justice system in the country.

Why are people condemning the sentence given to Changamwe MP Omar Mwinyi? Poor people are often forced to pay for basic police services. Yet the same policemen do the bidding of the rich. I applaud Mwinyi for whatever he did.

So Kenya Judiciary sentence Changamwe MP Omar Mwinyi to 4 years imprisonment then Gives him an alternative of paying ksh 1m to avoid serving the 4 years. Well Done Court What a facade. This is total Bullshit.

When I first read the Changamwe Mp Omar Mwinyi sentence, I thought wow...finally justice...then I was hit by the OR 1million fine and I remembered I was in KenyaJokes on us!
