Muriuki, who was ready to address the media over the State of Nairobi, was thrown out of the hotel before he gave his speech. He was scheduled to address the deplorable conditions Nairobian have been living in.
In a video clip shared on social media, one of the unidentified men is heard accusing Muriuki of plotting to attack Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.
The man further alleges that Muriuki was trying to get political mileage by discrediting Mr Sonko.

The goons then rip Mr Muriuki media statement before bundling him from the designated area, where the press conference was to take place.
