The Starehe Member of Parliament insisted that the western region is fully inside the Jubilee government as residents overwhelmingly voted for President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.

Jaguar had accompanied deputy president William Ruto, Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka and Webuye West MP Dan Wanyama to Milo Secondary School in Webuye West in Bungoma County.

Jubilee won six of the nine Bungoma parliamentary seats in the August 8, 2017 election.
