Moses Kuria offers to help Miguna Miguna return to Kenya and accompany him back from Dubai

Moses Kuria comes to the rescue of Miguna Miguna

Kuria has volunteered to help Miguna once he fills the necessary papers by taking them “to Nairobi and bring them back here in Dubai, process his exit visa and return with him back to Kenya”.

According to Kuria, Miguna’s lawyers advised him to “fill in and sign the citizenship regularization papers” which the Gatundu legislator has offered to help.

The Gatundu South MP disclosed that the only other way to ensure Miguna’s return to the country is to “proceed with his flight to Nairobi but pre-sign his instant visa application form and surrender his Canadian Passport to the authorities”.

However, should the self-declared NRM general fail to use the above two means, Kuria divulged that he would be held in Dubai for 36 months.

The Gatundu lSouth aw-maker also took issues with Miguna for failing to listen to his lawyers.

Through a post on his Facebook page, Kuria noted that “the biggest problem with my friend Miguna Miguna is that he does not listen. I have talked to all his lawyers. Contrary to what they are saying in public, in private they have given him the right advice but he won’t listen (I dare them to contradict me)”.

Moses Kuria was on the same flight that was used to deport Miguna to Dubai despite a court order directing that he be granted a safe entry into the country.

The deportation came after days of drama at JKIA and legal battles that saw Interior CS Fred Matiang'i, Immigration boss Gordon Kihalangwa and IG Joseph Boinnet fined Sh 200000 each for defying court orders.
