Msando’s family makes humble request to Kenyans

Msando's family spoke after the postmortem results were revealed.

The family has requested Kenyans to be mindful of what they post on social media concerning the murder.

The family spokesman Peter Msando said some of the rumours posted on Facebook and Twitter were painful and now wants the mourning family spared more grief.

"A lot of what is being posted out there is false," he said.

Numerous speculations have been doing rounds on social media regarding the cause of the death of the late ICT manager.

Msando also asked politicians to refrain from making reckless statements on the murder and instead volunteer any information they may have to police.

He was speaking at the Lee Funeral Home moments after a post mortem was conducted on the body of the late Msando.

According to the post mortem report released, Chris Msando was strangled by his killers leading to his death.

“The Slain IEBC ICT manager Chris Msando was strangled by his killers” postmortem report shows.

He also asked police to fast-track investigations into the case and give answers as soon as possible.

The family also asked police and the government to accept UK and US government offers to help bring to book the killers.
