The police have arrested a man for the rape of 7-month-old step daughter in Katsina state.

The suspect identified as Magaji Dansade, reportedly raped the toddler in his house at Dangaske Village in Musawa local government, Daily Trust reports.
Confirming the shocking incident, the spokesperson for the Katsina State Police Command, Isa Gambo, said the suspect has since been arrested.

He also added that the Commissioner of Police will be giving a brief on the case on Friday, March 31, 2017.
