Ugandan Ragga artiste Weasel has broken his silence days after the burial of his partner at Goodlyfe crew Mowzey Radio.

An emotional Weasel who spoke at Radio’s last vigil that took place at Kololo Independence Grounds said that he is still very strong and that he will continue doing music because he is not ready to let down his brother Weasel.

“There are still very many songs which can even run for 5 years and albums will keep on being released. I am very strong and you should expect more fire. I am a Raggamuffin and I will stand by myself because I don’t want to shame Radio where he is resting,” he said.

He also assured that he was going nowhere and he will work tooth and nail to make sure that their work achieves better than they previously have.

“I will do whatever it takes and even if it means going to sing on the moon I will go there. We have many songs still to come but we are still in grief, when all this is done our works will resume,” said Weasel.

His sentiments come as fans and entertainment industry players across East Africa have been raising questions of whether Weasel can survive the tides alone after Radio’s death.

Radio died in hospital where he was undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit after he was involved in a bar fight.
