In her Stories, she told fans that she rushed to the ER after a long day of work on Friday, and was released on Sunday after undergoing several tests.
"Long story short, I went in because I was feeling like I was being choked from whatever's in the house, and I was like, maybe it's actually a coincidence, maybe there's actually something medically wrong with me," she explained. She suffered from chest pain, shortness of breath, "the whole shebang," she wrote.
"I just got home from Friday night, they ran multiple tests multiple times, and there's nothing physically wrong with me," she said. "So wonder why I was there..."
Better to be safe than sorry. Sarah is known for being candid with fans about her ongoing struggle with chronic illness. Sarah was born with kidney dysplasia, which means that her kidneys didn't fully form in the womb.

As a result, she's had 16 surgeries, including two kidney transplants, one from her father, and one from her brother. She even showed off her transplant scar in a recent Instagram post.
Sarah has also been candid about how her mental health suffered after her second kidney transplant:
