5 things you never do when you’re angry

Anger can get the best of us.

Not only can it make you get into a bad mood but it can also compromise your way of thinking which can prove harmful to not only you but the people around you as well.

Here are 5 things you should never do when you’re angry.

1.Argue more

Arguing when you are angry does more damage than good. Things will be said feelings will be hurt and in extreme cases some people may even physically get hurt.

As hard as it may be, the best thing to do is to walk away from arguing further when you are angry.

2.Don’t drive

Operating machines such as a car in such situations can for example cause a serious accident.

3.Don’t post it on social media

It’s no secret that posting anything personal on social media never goes well. You’d rather call up your friend and vent about the argument you just had with someone instead of embarrassing yourself on social media.

4.Don’t drink alcohol

Drinking alcohol to calm yourself down when angry can do the complete opposite of what you want. There’s a high chance that you will do more damage than good when you get drunk while you are angry.

5.Don’t revenge

Trying to get back at someone when you are angry never ends well. All it will do for you is make you feel guilty for what you did.
