Abdalla married Lulu in a fancy wedding at the Coast in 2007. They met while they were still working at Radio Salaam. Rashid said he had heard her voice on radio, and was eager to meet her in person.
The Nipashe Wikendi anchor will be joining the list of media personalities who are also pregnant. They include Lilian Muli, Smriti Vidyarthi of NTV and former Citizen TV Journalist Janet Mbugua.
On Sunday, Emotions ran high during Kanze Dena's last bulletin at Citizen TV before departing to take her new position at State House as the Deputy Spokesperson and deputy Head of Presidential Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU).

An emotional Kanze, recounted her journey in the media industry as tears rolled down her cheeks, thanking God and the entire Citizen TV for her 10 year stay at Royal Media services (RMS).
