Mohammed Ali in trouble

The Nyali MP has landed in hot soup after...

Mohammed Ali who won the Nyali MP seat as an independent candidate had earlier been accused of betrayal and defecting to Jubilee after welcoming President Uhuru and his party members to Nyali.

Accusations which he quickly dismissed and said that he had not joined Jubilee but chose to welcome Uhuru because it’s the mature thing to do.

“I want to let you know that whatever happened today was mature politics. The president visited my constituency and as the Member of Parliament from Nyali Constituency, I had to be there. And I was there because of some issues regarding my constituency.” Mohammed told NTV.

After a photo emerged that indicated that he had voted, NASA supporters have been calling him names and the situation was aggravated after he dragged Joho into one of his tweets.

Mohammed Ali was responding to someone who accused him of voting on Thursday by tweeting “We are busy focusing on National issues na wewe una post vitu za kijinga. @HassanAliJoho na Abuu Joho sio Mungu kutulazimishia ndugu yao!”

Here are some reactions to his tweet:
