Singer Brown Mauzo opens up on attempted suicide over troubled relationship

Singer Brown Mauzo has opened up on the circumstances that led him be admitted in Hospital after his girlfriend walked out of their house following misunderstandings in their relationship.

Speaking in an Interview with Mzazi Willy M Tuva, Mauzo disclosed that he was rushed to hospital while unconscious days after being involved in an argument with his lover, who decided to end their affair.

Mauzo distanced himself from earlier reports that had indicated the he had taken poison in a suicide mission.

However, he admitted of contemplating suicide after his girlfriend who walked out of their house, didn’t not answer his calls or give a reason as why she decided to end their relationship.

“Ni issues tu personal. Na yamewatokea wengi kwenye mahusiano. Si kweli kwamba ni kunywa sumu kwa sababu najua ni makosa. Nikipelekwa hospitali sikuwa najijua. Ni siku mbili tangu tulikuwa tumegombana na akaamua kuondoka hapa kwa nyumba. Nilijaribu kumuongelesha lakini hakunielewa na akaamua kuondoka. Ili bidi nikajifungia kwa nyumba siku mbili bila hata kula. Ikafikia mahali mwili wangu ukaniisha nguvu and mawazo. Nilitamani hata kujiuwa lakini nikaona haina maana kwa sababu kuna watu wananitegemea. Hospitali mimi nimejututa huko maana sikujua nilifika aje huko. Baada ya kutoka Hospitali nimepiga simu sana, nimetuma rafiki zake, lakini wapi maana sijui kosa langu lipi" said Brown Mauzo.

Mauzo breaks down

During the interview Brown was unable to control his emotions, breaking into tears after his girlfriends refused to talk to him, as Mzazi tried to intervene and solve their problems.

The Mambo Mseto host tried reaching out on the girlfriend but she declined to speak to Mauzo or divulge more information on what pushed her out of the relationship.
