Mutua labelled his manifesto as thorough, stating that it was a pilot program of what will be done to make people’s lives better.

The manifesto was launched on Thursday morning at the Machakos University with its main theme being “Propelling Machakos from the third world to the first world”.

Among key things that it focuses on include the construction of the Machakos International Airport with special import and export zones.
