After keeping a low profile for a while, which kept government psychopaths and critics guessing Garissa Town Member of parliament has now resurfaced.
Majority leader Aden Duale has launched a scatting attack on his rival, Farah Malim who is running on a wiper ticket and hopes to to unseat him come August 8 2017.
Duale has accused Malim of panicking way before the election has even began after Malim accused IEBC of being unfair in the run up to August polls.
"IEBC will not help failed, rural political rejects," he wrote on Twitter.
The Garissa Town MP added that the former National Assembly Deputy Speaker did not defend his Lagdera seat in 2013 for fear of lossing.
"You ran as a senator but lost by over 25,000 votes to the respected Yusuf Haji," Duale added.
Duale continued with the onslaught and added Maalim has now been reduced to "loitering in the streets of Nairobi" while blaming the electoral body.

The majority leaders noted it is the people, not the IEBC, who vote and he is sure he will beat Maalim hands down in the upcoming polls.
"In August, we shall dig your political grave by sending you back to Lagdera," he wrote on Saturday.
Maalim who belongs to the National Super Alliance (NASA) brigade has accused the electoral body of favoring the Jubilee favorite in the race for Garissa Town MP.
Maalim was Lagdera MP from 1993 to 1998 and made a come-back in 2008.
