The incident was caught on camera as Sossion demanded he be allowed to go into his office.
Heavily built men stood on his pathway and refused to give him way even after reading a court order suspending his removal from office.
Mr. Sossion was suspended on April 30 by a section of National Executive Council of KNUT during a meeting at the Kenya institute of curriculum development.
However, the High court suspended the directive noting: "A temporary prohibition order is hereby issued barring the respondents from registering, appointing, recognizing, putting or placing any person as Knut secretary general in place of Sossion pending the hearing of the application."
Mr Sossion was to be replaced by his deputy, Hesbon Otieno.
“I am the spokesperson of Knut as per the union’s national executive council (NEC) resolution while Collins Oyuu is now the acting deputy secretary general,” Otieno announced during a press conference.
The embattled Secretary General accused his political rivals of being behind his predicaments at KNUT.
