The wife of former Tourism Minister Karisa Maitha has died.
Alice Maitha passed away on Wednesday at the Coast General Hospital.
The family, through the daughter Juney Karisa confirmed Mrs. Maitha’s death saying she passed on at the Coast General Hospital aged 53.
“To those who paid us a visit at the Coast General Hospital and to those who couldn’t make it, we express our sincere gratitude. We as the family will communicate on any other arrangements later,” read a statement by Ms. Karisa.
