Case of Mysterious Eye Witness Takes Interesting Twist

Eye-witness Dennis Ngengi's case, here is the new development

Mr. Ngengi was on Monday remanded at Migingo Prison in Kwale after his suspicious appearance in two high-profile accidents which led to deaths.

First, the eye-witness who was seen donning detective-like sunglasses was spotted at the Lake Nakuru chopper tragedy where five people died.

His second appearance was at the accident of the late Nyeri Governor Wahome Gakuru and he was caught on live tv giving his account of what happened.

Ngengi’s latest debut recounting the tragic accident of Mr. Gakuru was what caused suspicions with many demanding to know who he was.

After a public uproar, police were forced to conduct investigations which brought to light eight other criminal offenses he had previously committed.

The probe also established that Ngengi used different names to identify himself.

The criminal activities which date back to 1989 include stealing, malicious damage to property, giving false information, obtaining money by false pretense, impersonation, and assault.
