Makueni Governor and Wiper Party Chairman Kivutha Kibwana on Tuesday met Deputy President William Ruto.
Kibwana's meeting with Ruto came only a few hours after the Wiper Chairman threatened to ditch his Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
Kibwana had complained that there were forces in Wiper who were hell bent on frustrating the unity bid advocated by Musyoka.
"I will meet Kalonzo and ask him why some people are not respecting us. Since we are seen as foreigners, let Kalonzo find another person for my position. I will, however, assist the Kamba community where possible,” Kibwana stated.
In the meeting with Ruto, the two leaders did not mention politics with the official statement stating that the Big Four Agenda was one of the issues they discussed.
