Uhuru loses it and goes all dirty on Turkana governor, calls him a devil and an idiot
The president who is on tour to Turkana county to officially launch the four Government initiatives aimed at pastoralists, from the effects of severe drought lambaste the governor for what he termed as lying to the people of Turkana.

“Mtu akisimama hapa hati aseme uhuru ako na haja na mafuta ya wengine, ashidwe shetani, mshenzi yeye” Visibly angry Uhuru stated.
Translated: “if anyone stands here and says I Uhuru wants oil belonging to other people, shame on him, he is a devil and an idiot”
Uhuru remarks was in reference to Nanok’s remarkswho had stood earlier and complained that the county was feeling shortchanged by the national government over the Turkana oil.
“Pigamizi yetu ni asilimia, imetoka kule juu matrilioni ikuja bilioni 22, ya community kutoka asilimia kumi hadi tano alfu ikawekwa tena capping” the governor said.
Translated: “Our grievances is that the percentage we receive is soo little, the national government receives trillions of shillings and only allocate us a mere 22 billion, the community percentage was again slashed from 10% to 5% and if that is not enough it has a capping”
Tullow Oil Company announced early this year that it will start to commercially export Turkana’s oil mid this year in June.

The president was not amused by Nanok’s remarks and castigated him in the strongest term possible.
“I am not the one who passes bills, it is the parliament, my work is only to sign it into law and a fool comes here and says…..i won’t allow that.. (Translated)”
The governor had called for equitable distribution of resources and wanted a bigger pie and say in the Turkana oil distribution.
“The constitution calls for equitable distribution of resources, so share equitably because we are competent here and we can use the oil resources to develop our county for future prosperity, your honorable president if you do that you will be heard here” Nanok fired at Uhuru
The ODM party today stood in solidarity with governor Nanok and criticized the president for the foul language.
