KNEC Makes Major Changes in KCPE

This comes one day after the primary school pupils started the National Exams...

The Exam Council stated that the stations were cut to 10 stations which will be located in Nairobi.

This comes after KNEC Chair, George Magoha, divulged that the government had purchased 20 machines at a cost of Sh100 million to assist in marking of scripts.

Mr. Magoha noted that unlike 2016 where the results were announced on December 1, this time around the results will come out early.

“Through the aid of the Government, the council has purchased 20 machines which are going to ease the work of marking with great efficiency and we anticipate that the compilation of results will be concluded earlier than any other time before,” Magoha stated.

The exams are scheduled to end Wednesday, November 2, 2017.
