In a post on Instagram, the mother of five warned people to stop creating enmity between her and Governor Sonko over something she did not say.
She went on to say that she does not know the Akashas and the kind of business they do and that the blog that reported the news should style up and get their news correct.
Madam boss added that they hate her success and that is why people see such fake stories about her on the internet, adding that it is the reason she will never join politics.
“Don't create enmity between people and leaders simply because you have data bundles and 2 followers , I don't even watch news nor TV if not YouTube . I dont even know who The Akashas is 🤷🤷🤷, who are they again, doing what business, and which business? Kenyans should style up and get news correct , if they are not insulting me somewhere they are desperately recruiting enemies , like bitches you can't get everyone to hate me since you hate my success , this are the reasons I WILL NEVER JOIN POLITICS. FAKE NEWS usinigonganishe na mwesh @mike.sonko,” she said.
Her words came after a news outlet claimed she had said that Sonko was business partners with the Akasha brothers and he was pretending not to know them.
Sonko also responded to the post saying that fake news will one day come to an end.
“Hii tabia ya fake news lazima itakoma siku moja,” he wrote.
