Mzee Abdul has added his weight in the heated argument that has been doing rounds on social media and main stream media between his Son the assistant minister for Information, Arts,culture and sports Dr. Julaina Sonza over his banned songs.
According to Diamond’s father who spoke to Global Publishers, the act of Diamond disrespecting the assistant Minister during his Interview with Times FM was not a good idea.
“Nimesikia yale mahojiano redioni yote na niseme kama mzazi sijapendezwa hata kidogo, kitendo chakumshambulia Shonza si kizuri hata kidogo na sijui kwa nini aliamua kutoa lugha kali kiasi kile,” said Diamond’s father
He added that this was not the first time the singer was portraying such a character. Lat year Mzee Abdul had stated that Diamond should not bother to go to his funeral when he passes away.
“Tabia kama hii ya kutoa lugha ya dharau hajaianza jana wala leo, nakumbuka kabisa alishawahi kunifanyia kipindi cha nyuma hadi nikakata tamaa na kujihisi sina mtotokama unakumbuka ilifi kia kipindi nikasema hata nikifa asinizike, ameendeleza tabia hiyohiyo kwa waziri.” added Diamond's father
On Sunday, Diamond Platnumz accompanied by his two managers Sallam SK and Babu Tale visited the Music Regulatory Board popularly known as BASATA, but the details of their meeting remains a secret.
The act got the singer angry claiming that he had not been informed of such actions, through an official letter or Memo.
