Wema Sepetu reveals why she went to India for treatment

She added that there are aspects of her life that she would like to remain private and that was why she never disclosed why she went to India.

It was however not clear what disease Ms. Wema was suffering from with some Tanzanian media outlets saying that she went to have her waist reduced, while others reported that she had gone for fertility treatment.
It is public knowledge that Wema Sepetu has for quite some time had an issue when it came to conceiving and each time she conceives, she ends up with a miscarriage after a few weeks.
