Raila Odinga finds it rough as his supporters and allies question his intentions

Odinga’s answer to his critics was: “You must play politics using your brains, I am preparing the way for us to take over the government in 2022”.
However, this failed to silence his critics some of whom have called for his retirement.
Most hurt is the Western Kenya voteblock whose two political kingpins Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula have been sidelined in the talks, meetings and handshakes.
In Shinyalu, Odinga had it rough after MPs put him to task to explain the meaning of the handshake ad why he had forgeten Musyoka, Mudavadi and Wetang’ula with Bonny Khalwale accusing him of “going to bed with Jubilee at the expense of NASA and his supporters”.
Recent developments have also seen MPS from the region pile pressure on Odinga to pass over the mantle following four unsuccessful attempts to clinch the presidency.
Bumula MP Mwambu Mabonga and his Navakholo counterpart Emanuel Wangwe have made it clear that come 2022, Odinga has no chance as the region will support one of their own.
