Segera guests wishing to spend a night at this five star nest are ferried here after a game drive just before the sun sets and are welcomed to the lantern-lit tower with champagne and a picnic-style dinner.

The main sleeping quarters are located up the wooden steps within the cosy confines of the first level, which offers a double bed, a scattering of cushions, and slatted windows.

Those more adventurous and keen to experience an open-air snoozing setup gazing at the stars can have a bed manifested on the upper level.

When morning comes, occupants of the nest are served breakfast with quite the view as elephants, giraffe and other members of the African animal kingdom sidle up for a drink at the river.
