Hamisa reveals unknown details about her court case with Diamond

According to various publications, Mobetto had filed charges at Kisutu Juvenile Court in Dar es Salaam through her lawyers Abdullah Zulu and Walter Goodluck from the Century Attorneys & Co Advocates.
The publications went on to report that the charges levelled against Diamond were ‘failure to provide child support for their son Dylan’ and ‘defamatory statements’ made during his tell-all interview on Clouds FM TZ.
Hamisa has now come out to clear the air and reveal the nitty-gritty in regards to her case with Diamond.

“I think people don’t understand one thing, a woman cannot just wake up and go straight to court; before she goes to court there are a few things that happen.” She said before adding that before she got pregnant with Diamond, they sat down to discuss and they decided to have a child together.
She then went on to add her pregnancy was planned and Diamond had taken care of the child and her during her pregnancy so there is no way she can just wake up one day and take Diamond to court since they go way back.
“Hakuna jipya kwa Naseeb, kama kuna mtu ameviona vitu vya Naseeb ni mimi, nimeviona vyote takriban miaka tisa. Ni baba mtu alisema anataka kumhudumia mwanawe Dylan akakuja na mwanasheria wake akasema nitafute wangu. Aliposema hivyo I was like okay. At the end of the day I agreed. Ili mtoto asipate shida yeye kama baba inabidi amlinde mtoto therefore inabidi atafute sheria ambazo zinaweza msaidia mtoto bila mgogoro wote wa baadaye.” She told SHILAWADU’s Soudy Brown. ( There is nothing new to me about Naseeb. If there is someone who has seen Diamond in all his forms, if there is someone who knows Diamond it’s me, we have known each other for 9 years or so. About the court case, Diamond decided that he wanted to take care of his son so he came with his lawyer and asked me to get my own. And I agreed. This was so that he could protect and provide for our baby under the law and to prevent conflict in future.)
“ I can’t talk more since the matter is in court but I will attend the court sessions since it’s something that Diamond wants and that is why hajareact (to the leaked document). It’s something he knew was going to happen because he wanted it. ” She added.
