NTV’s Grace Ekirapa narrates how ex-boyfriends dumped her 3 times in 4 years

NTV presenter Grace Ekirapa recently disclosed how an ex-boyfriend dumped her thrice, in a span of four years.

Speaking during an interview with Massawe Japanni on Radio Jambo, Ms Ekirapa said that before she got into the relationship, she prayed about it and was sure that the guy would be her husband.

She went on to narrate that a few months into the relationship, the guy said that he was not at peace with their relationship, and needed time to pray about it, for clarity.

By the time this was happening, the Crossover 101 presenter had been involved in an accident and was bedridden as she recuperated.

Aliniambia he’s not at peace, mind yake haiku peaceful concerning our relationship anataka kuenda kuomba to find out if this is really it. It was like four months into the relationship and by that time I had gotten an accident. I was in bed, I couldn’t even walk by the time he was breaking up with me… Alikuwa ametravel akarudi same day nilikuwa hospitali and then two days later akaakuja kuniona nyumbani akaniambia hana amani and after that akaenda quiet. So mimi ndio ninamtafuta eventually nikamwambia lazima tumeet or this is just it. So finally, tukameet akaniambia Grace I don’t have peace,” said Grace Ekirapa.

The Kibali singer went ahead to say that, she waited for the guy for one year assuming that he had gone to pray about it, a period during which the ex-boyfriend went as far as dating other people.

But when he came back, Grace Ekirapa said the guy looked unsure of what he wanted to do, and she told him to go deal with whatever baggage he had before coming back. The guy disappeared for another year.

After that I waited a whole year coz I knew this was my husband. I waited a whole year for him si aliniambia anaenda kuomba, I know he dated other people, but after exactly one year, I took him back because I had already met his parents. We go out again and this time I knew very well he was not ready, nikamkalisha chini nikamwambia you still have baggage unafaa kudeal nayo. So he left again for one year and then he came back the third time,” she said.

When the guy came back for the third time, he said he was ready for life with the TV presenter, and they met their parents and even went on to set a wedding date.

A few months down the line, he disappeared before the wedding could happen, and that is when Ms Ekirapa said it was enough.

So venye alikuja the third time, he was like I’m sure me najua this is it and then we met the parents again and he set a date for the wedding, and then months after he disappeared again. Hio ndio nilijulia now it’s done. I was tired of being thrown around,” narrated Grace Ekirapa.
