Dr. Pimple Popper Goes to Town on a Blackhead Extravaganza in Her New Instagram Video
In a new Instagram video posted Thursday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-goes to town on a straight-up blackhead extravaganza. Lee treats a patient with what seems like hundreds of blackheads all over their face. She uses her metal comedone extractor tool to force the blackheads' contents to the surface.

The latter occurred in the newest video posted on Dr. Pimple Popper's Instagram. In the nearly-five-minute-long video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-the dermatologist and TLC star behind the Dr. Pimple Popper account-treated a patient with seemingly endless blackheads on their face. To help her in her quest to extract them all, Lee used her trusty metal comedone extractor tool: basically a small loop that she presses against a blackhead in order to force its pus-filled contents to the surface.
The video starts off a little slow, but boy, does it get good. The best parts are when Lee attacks the big blackheads nestled within the patient's wrinkles-they spurt out truly satisfying spirals of pus!
"This makes me miss my puberty skin I wana pop something," one commenter wrote.
