Watch Dr. Brad Schaeffer Freak Out During His Own Foot Injection on My Feet Are Killing Me

As a foot and ankle surgeon, sees a ton of foot ailments on TLCs . But in the latest installment, it seems like the tables are flipped as the doctor becomes the patientwho is also afraid of receiving minor foot injections.

'My Feet Are Killing Me' Finale Sneak Peek

In an exclusive clip from the season finale, Dr. Schaeffer finds himself in the patients chair as his assistant Sarah comes to give him a shot for an ailment in his foot.

Give me more! Schaeffer yells while she prepares his foot for the needle by spraying ethyl chloride (more commonly known as a topical anesthetic). Apparently, its not enough anesthesia for the surgeon, and he needs more for him to be satisfied. Or maybe less afraid. It turns out, she was planning on giving more to the apprehensive doctor as she performed the injection.

I definitely thought she was going to inject me at that point, he says in a later interview. I was like, thats not enough!

It seems that just like his patients, Dr. Schaeffer is known to get the jitters before shots, because Sarah tells him to calm down before she does anything. You gotta relax bro, she tells him jokingly. Im only sticking a needle in your foot.

In a series of five seconds, the needle is inserted and injection is given. And like his patients, he has some lasting words about his traumatizing ordeal.
