Its alive! In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops a cocktail olive-like cyst out of a patients head. And the cyst actually rolls away from the famed dermatologist due to the force of her pressing and pushing.

In the clip, Dr. Lee tries to push out the cyst through a small incision in the patient's scalp. The tiny growth puts up a fight, causing Dr. Pimple Popper to push harder and harder. Due to the force, the cyst propels out of the patients head, rolling down the surgical drape and on to the floor.

Look, it rolled off! Dr. Lee exclaims in the video. That was really cool! That was a fun one!

After collecting the cyst off the ground, Dr. Lee cuts open the encapsulated growth, showing the patient its compacted contents. The cyst, which is an encapsulate pilar cyst , is filled with dead skin cells, keratin andwait for itold hair dye. Dr. Lee says the hair dye likely seeped into the scalp during the coloring process, getting trapped in skin cells that then sloughed off into the cyst.
