Dr. Pimple Popper Gets A Surprise When A Marble Pops Out Of This Pilar Cyst In New Video

Dr. P Popped A Marble Out Of This Cyst
  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she tackles a cyst on her patient's scalp.
  • But instead of the expected oozy pop, the cyst reveals something different.
  • Even Dr. P seems surprised when a marble-sized mass emerges.

Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper has seen more than her fair share of cysts, blackheads and blemishesand she's popped most of them. So, it goes without saying that at this point, Dr. P is very rarely caught off guard, which, honestly, might be what makes her latest Instagram post that much more exciting.

In the video, Dr. P approaches a pilar cyst on her patient's scalp the usual wayby opening the skin and getting ready to squeeze. It seems Dr. P, like most viewers, was ready for some oozy, popping goodness, but, after a couple pushes, nothing seems to be coming out of the skin. She applies a little more pressure to the areaand then it happens. You can almost hear the "pop!" as the marble-sized mass releases itself from the skin.

"Look at that; it rolled off," Dr. P is heard saying after catching the marble and preventing it from rolling away. "That's really cool! That was a fun one!"

But Dr. P knows that she can't leave viewers hanging and has to answer the question now on every Popaholic's mind: What was that?!? Using a scalpel to cut the marble in half, Dr. P explains that it's a ball of skin and keratin and maybe even a little hair dye that has been picked up. And how does Dr. P describe the mass? "It's cute!" she says.

"Forget stop and roll, were all about POP and ROLL here! " Dr. P captioned the video.

Needless to say, Popaholics were straight-up obsessed. "Omg this is one of my favourites of all time!" one commenter wrote. "The best yet!!" wrote another.

Just when you think you've seen all the pops there are to see...
