Watch Dr. P Drain A 'Humpday'. Cyst
  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a big, juicy cyst.
  • The cyst bulges out of her patient's skin, like a camel's hump, and matches the "humpday" pop timing.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes it dry and pulls out the cyst sac to ensure it won't return ever again.

If you're having trouble getting through the work week after the long weekend, there's help coming your way. This Wednesday, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , has some tips for forging ahead through humpday. Watch her latest Instagram video closely as she reveals her strategy. It's popping a big, messy pimple of course.

Dr. Pimple Popper takes one look at this bulging cyst on her patient's arm and knows just what to do. The dermatologist captioned the clilp: "Popping over this humpday and moving closer to the weekend! #drpimplepopper #humpdayvibes"

Dr. Pimple Popper decides it's a job for her punch biopsy tool. She grabs her tool and goes right in for the punch. One punch is all it takes, before it's time for squeezing. Dr. Pimple Popper grabs hold of the sides of the cyst tight and squeezes with all her might.

The cyst gushes with each squeeze. The thick yellow gunk piles up on the surface of the skin. Dr. Pimple Popper continues squeezing until all the contents squish out. One fan commented, "oh this was a good one to watch while i was eating some lunch. " She cleans up the pile of gunk and grabs her scissors to finish the job.

The last step is cyst sac removal. Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't skip this very important finale. She trims around carefully until she pulls out the entire sac. There's not one bit of cyst left in her patient, so her job is done.

This pop helped the derm and her patient get through Wednesday, and it's sure to help all the Popaholics manage humpday as well.
