Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , is not playing when it comes to her April Fools Instagram post this year. Her latest video teased her fans with another amazing popping video, but it turns out to be a bloody sac extraction
"You thought it was going to be a squeeze but its not! Its a punch! April Fools! #drpimplepopper #aprilfools," she captioned her post.
She starts out with what appears to be a large whitehead on her patient's chin. But she quickly pulls out the tool that punches out sacs, rather than squeezing.
"We do that all the time. Make sure I'm not hurting you," she says as she starts to remove a deep sac.
"See, I know you want to watch it! There it is, I see it. I see the sac...I'll show it to you later," she says to her patient, as she squeezes and uses a pair of tweezers to grab the sac, then scissors to remove it more.
It's a pretty bloody mess, but Dr. P quickly dabs it away with plenty of gauze as she pulls out the sac in its entirety.
"That is so cool! I'm so happy," the patient says.
"Can you see this? Do you see how long it is? I hope that's the bottom of it, but I'm going to just check," says Dr. P.
"YES! Wowwww," says the patient, completely giddy with joy at the extraction from her chin.

And her followers were here for it.
"Omg love you!" one fan commented, while another wished she had gone for the squeeze. "I would have loved the squeeze!!"
