Best known for playing Betty Draper on Mad Men, the star of the new Netflix skating drama Spinning Out stays fit with a steady rotation of Pilates and barre. (Yes, she finally started exercising after telling InStyle in 2016, "I have never exercised in my life.")
"Two or three years ago I started doing barre classes, and after that I took regular private Pilates lessons," she recently told Shape . "Then a friend told me about Lagree Pilates. Ive been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and Ive gained weight because Ive put on muscle." Though she says she went up a clothing size, she thinks she "look[s] better naked."
She told InStyle she also prefers exercising with friends (same, girl). "I think going with friends really motivatesyou motivate each other to go. Im so uncoordinated, but its fun."

Though she doesn't restrict herself to a specific diet, she does eat organic food and start her day with celery juice. "Last winter, I started drinking celery juice every day, and Ive seen amazing results in my energy, digestion, and skin and how I sleep," she said. "I have that in the morning, then I take my vitamins and drink coffee."
Since she's mom to an 8-year-old, she also cooks a lot. Some of her family's dinnertime staples are salmon with french fries, and pasta, and green veggies.
