In the notice seen by Pulselive.co.ke, It notified all Kenyans that Tuesday would be a public holiday to swear in NASA leaders Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka.

“It is notified for general information of the public that the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-Ordination of National Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Holidays Act, declares Tuesday, the 30 January, 2018 be a public holiday,” the fake gazette notice reads.
