'I Fear for my Life' Boniface Mwangi States

Boniface Mwangi, the vocal and combative activist claims his life is in danger.

 

Boniface Mwangi, the vocal and combative activist has come out and says he fears for his life.

Mwangi who was being hosted by ‘the Trend’ a show aired in NTV, revealed that his life was in danger and he deeply feared for his life.

The former photographer, however said that despite the threat in his life, he will not change tact and was not afraid of speaking the truth.

“Yes I do fear for my life a lot, but it’s not about changing tact, I am not afraid of speaking the truth, if the truth will get me killed so be it”

Boniface mwangi has recently been in the news headlines, after he was sued by the Deputy President, William Ruto of accusing him of murder, corruption and land grabbing.

The accusation surface up, following the death of controversial businessman, Jacob Juma who was gunned down in Nairobi by unknown people.

Before his death, Juma had claimed his life was in danger and had accused the government of intimidating him. In his tweets the businessman claimed the government wanted to eliminate him for exposing corruption.

Former Lugari MP and once a close ally of the deputy president, Cyrus Jirongo during the burial of the slain businessman linked Ruto in the murder by sensationally claiming, Jacob Juma had once slapped the deputy president.

When asked whether his actions were careless and dangerous, the equal rights crusader said more people should actually emulate his example.

Boniface Mwangi, during the height of his court battle with the deputy president, released a chilling video depicting his death.
