5 reasons why you should be napping more often

Catch some snoozes in the middle of your day.

However, taking a break from a busy day to catch a few minutes of shut eye is actually good for you.

Studies show that naps can "cure" frustration. People who have taken a nap for a t least an hour can deal with more stressful situations more effectively than those who have been awake.

Napping before a lengthy activity like studying or driving can help you stay awake for even longer.

Studies found that napping could help lower blood pressure and in specific instances, even thinking about napping could help lower blood pressure.

4. It improves your memory

German researchers found that taking a nap for an hour can improve your ability to remember information.

5. Can help reduce risk of heart disease

People who take midday naps are less likely to die of heart disease. According to experts, napping helps reduce the stress of daily living.
