4 things that are hindering you from living life to the fullest

You Only Live Once.

From the lack of self-appreciation to the self-doubt that can loom over our heads; the negativity in our life tends to come from us.

You project negativity into your life, and whether you know it or not, it can affect your life to the extent that you forget to just stop and smell the roses that life has to offer.

Here are four things to stop doing if you want to live life to the fullest.

1.Staying friends with people that you shouldn't be friends with, even toxic people

You know that toxic people suck the life out of you but you still keep holding on to those friendships like your life depends on it - which sort of makes sense if you look at it from a different perspective. Your life depends on it so let the toxic friends go.

2.You are too comfortable doing nothing

Maybe you live a comfortable life and know that you will always be okay because you have rich parents or are married to a rich spouse so you don't see the point of trying too hard.

Doing nothing tends to get boring so find a way to do something useful even if you feel like you don't have to. You are stuck in a bubble when you could be doing much more in the position that you are in.

3.Not asking for what you deserve

If you know you deserve something then demand for it. Don't allow yourself to accept anything that you are not comfortable with. The only person that is going to suffer in the end is you.

4.Always saying no

Stop hindering yourself from doing fun things. Yes, people are in different situations in their lives and not everybody has the luxury to just have fun whenever they want to but sometimes it is necessary. Break your cycle and get some fresh air away from what you are used to.
