Have more probiotic foods

Probiotic foods are basically ‘good’ bacteria and yeast that helps with digestion, for example yoghurt and apple cider.

“This is helpful because when your gut bacteria is out of balance from things like antibiotics or pesticides, it can cause countless gut issues including gas,” Health Coah Camron Hooper told Bustle.

Ginger

Ginger is not only useful for making dawa but can also help with gas.

Lemon and baking soda

According to registered nurse Rebecca Lee, ‘the juice from lemons mixed with baking soda creates carbon dioxide which is great for digestion.

Exercise helps move waste and nutrients in the body thus assisting with any digestive problems for instance walking, crunches and yoga.
