Khalwale claimed to have helped secure Miguna's release
Khalwale in a tweet, said that what he did was a humanitarian act and that he was not seeking credit for it at all.
“Our brother, could u please spare us your delusions of your own power & importance? Mine wasn't credit seeking but purely a humanitarian act. And that is all,” Read his tweet.
The Self-declared National Resistance Movement General Miguna Miguna on Saturday shamed the former Senator in a surprise tweet after senator Boni sent a series of tweets claiming to have contacted the Canadian embassy which intervened to secure his release during the five days he was detained.
Miguna did not take it well with him claiming that the Canadian High Commission in Nairobi had confirmed to him that Boni did not contact them and that he should stop taking undeserved credit for doing nothing to defend his rights.
“Stop taking undeserved credit. You did absolutely nothing in defense of my rights. The Canadian High Commission in Nairobi has confirmed to me that you did not contact them. A lying physician is a disgrace to human civilization!” said Miguna.
