Ndii, who is also a well-known Economist, alluded that if Deputy President William Ruto wins the presidential race in the upcoming poll he could fly out of Kenya.
Mr Ndii was responding to a tweep who told him that shame would force him to run away if Ruto becomes the President
"I am making plans just in case. I have no intention of living in a country governed by a neurotic megalomaniac," Ndii replid.
On Tuesday morning, Ndii sparked the conversation when he tried to explain the meaning of the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga.
"The IS about dynasties. and have taken personal responsibility for and committed to correct, the sins of their fathers. The hustler is flogging a dead horse," Ndii tweeted.
According to the Economist, the two had already sealed a deal and Mr. Ruto, who describes himself as a hustler was wasting his time.
DP Ruto is eying to succeed President Kenyatta.
