The offences, the prosecutor said, contravened Sections 285 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 (Revised).

The Magistrate, Mrs G.O. Anifowoshe, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N10, 000, with one surety in like sum.

She said that the sureties must be relatives of the defendant, gainfully employed and should also show evidence of tax payment to the Lagos State Government.

Anifowoshe adjourned the case until May 24, for mention.
