Police arrest lover of married woman who died after sex in Enugu

The woman reportedly died after several rounds of sex with her lover in a hotel.

While on an official assignment, a policeman met his end following an ambush organized by two men interested in boosting their robbery business.

Ebere Amaraizu, a Police Public Relations Officer confirmed the incident stating that the mother of two suddenly fell ill late in the night after several rounds of sex.

“They had allegedly checked into one hotel located around Nowas Junction of Trans Ekulu and later in the day, she was confirmed dead by a doctor at St Leo’s hospital after she allegedly fell ill around 11:15pm.”

Amaraizu also mentioned that some harmful drugs were found by the police at the hotel room where the pair lodged.

This is expected to help in the investigation.

Meanwhile, the body of the deceased has been deposited at a morgue in Parklane Specialist Hospital according to reports.
