Being intimate by touching and hugging helps to release your body’s feel good hormone. Being sexually aroused releases a brain chemical that increases the brain’s pleasure and reward system.

According to sex expert, Yvonne Fulbright, “Sexually active people take fewer sick days”.

A research done by Wilkes University in Pennyslvania, students that had sex once or twice a week had higher levels of a particular antibody that helps fight germs and viruses.
