"Your father sired an idiot" Orengo's savage attack at Murkomen

Senate Majority Leader James Orengo has hit at his colleague, Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen for blaming ODM leader Raila Odinga for the evictions in the Mau Narok forest.

In a rare public jibe, Orengo said that Murkomen's comments regarding the Mau Narok evictions was the best proof that he was foolish.

"Can Murkomen really claim to be in government and the evictions are ongoing and he has no answer except to blame Raila? If there is any man who sired an idiotic child, then Murkomen's father is one," he told a public gathering on Friday.

The video of Orengo criticising Murkomen has gone viral, with social media users making fun of the bare-knuckle political attack.

Last week, the Elgeyo Marakwet Senator made comments that appeared to suggest Odinga was to blame for the ongoing evictions in Mau Narok Fores.

The Senate Majority Leader was also accused of insulting President Uhuru Kenyatta in the comments that have drawn criticism from the Jubilee Party through Secretary General Raphael Tuju.

Murkomen, on his part, has denied that his comments had anything to do with Odinga or Kenyatta, claiming that he was referring to junior government officers.
