With the current hair craze, more women are investing in expensive human hair wigs. With some ranging above Kes 50,000 (Men, this is real) it seems like fellow Nairobians have identified a business opportunity in this follicle gold mine, only this time, they are not importing.

Two incidents of theft have already been reported.  According to Julie, CEO of the Human Hair Centre, two of her clients had their wigs snatched off their heads at 1824, Langata.

Another lady lost hers at her sister’s baby shower and turned to Facebook to ask friends to help her look for it.
