Rapper Billnass proposes to Nandy during special family gathering

The Chetu hit-maker popped the big question during a gathering that had brought together their two families for an official introduction ceremony.

Videos captured from the colorful event captures Billnass going down on his knee, as an overjoyed Nandy receives the engagement ring with lots of excitement.

The engagement ring precedes a white wedding that is set to be held in June this year.

This is the second time; the rapper is proposing to Nandy. In April 2020, Billnass surprised Nandy who was performing during alive show on Tanzania’s TVE, after he walked up on stage, said a few words and went down on his knee to propose to the singer.

“We’ve been together ka kipindi kirefu sana tumepitia vitu vingi vizuri na vibaya. Najua upande wako mbaya, najua upande wako mzuri but nimechagua pande zote mbili nakupena sana na ninatamani dunia nzima ijue so leo itakuwa siku nzuri sana kupropose. I love you,” said Bill Nass during the first proposal.

Pregnancy Rumours

In January 2022, Nandy refuted claims that she is pregnant for her boyfriend Billnass, as well as the misconception that she was keeping the news away from the public eye.

"I'm not pregnant and if you've been following, this is the second year I've had to respond to pregnancy rumours. When I shot the video for Giza Kinene, I remember I'd just had a big meal and people still said I looked pregnant. How can I be pregnant without a baby bump? And even if it's well hidden, would it take that long to deliver? Let people stop this rumour, even if I got pregnant I wouldn't hide it,” Nandy said.

In September 2019, Nandy admitted that some years back she had been pregnant with Rapper Billnass' baby, but she unfortunately lost the pregnancy.

Nandy and Billnass used to be lovers before they parted ways a few years back and she went on date Ruge Mutahaba who passed on about two year ago.

Ruge and Nandy were set to get married before he passed on from a long illness that saw him (Ruge) seek treatment in South Africa where he was hospitalized for several months.

After Ruge’s death, Billnass and Nandy rekindled their love.

Leaked Intimate Video

In 2018, Nandy and Billnass landed in trouble with authorities in Tanzania after their intimate video leaked online.

The two left tongues wagging with their 18+ rated video that was apparently filmed in 2016.
