Uasin Gishu tycoon Jackson Kibor has filed for another divorce 5 months after he officially divorced his second wife.
According to Standard Digital, the case was filed at the Chief Magistrate’s court on February 28, claiming that Jeptoo has on numerous occasions plotted to kill him and has consistently beaten him causing him bodily harm.
Kibor claims Jeptoo left their matrimonial home denying him conjugal rights and that she has not been supportive. He said she has also been extremely hostile and intolerant, causing him serious psychological suffering.
In the case filed by Mukabane and Kagunza Advocates, Kibor who is the sole witness in the case claims Jeptoo fabricated lies and malicious allegations against him in order to justify her behavior and he asked the court to dissolve the marriage.
In October last year the Chief Magistrate’s court dissolved Jackson Kibor’s union with his second wife Josephine Jepkoech citing cruelty and desertion after 52 years of marriage.
